NV1104E 4th camera laggy only from hdmi/vga out

I just received the 1TB dvr 4 camera POE package, hooked everything up and have it running but once I add a 4th camera in its so laggy, Camera 1,2,3 all look great but the 4th camera window plays 1 frame every 2-3 seconds.

I have tried swapping all the cameras and cables around so its not specific to 1 POE camera. Even on playback of recorded material, if I playback 1 camera screen at a time it looks great but if I go into 4 window view, it all lags a lot but ONLY on my TV monitor from the HDMI or VGA out.

If I use the Amcrest software installed on my Mac it all works fine as well as the app on my iPhone but HDMI out has 4th camera lag.

Was on the phone with support, we did a few resets in the menu and left power out for 15 minutes but still no luck

Also, trying to playback now all 4 windows are extremely laggy, I checked to make sure it was not in slow motion or anything, takes a while to catch up like its a bad hard drive or something
