Notification sound

Post by Amcrest999 »

Our 956 camera works well but we get no sound on our iPhone 6E or iPhone 7. All settings are correct in the Amcrest app and iPhones. The sounds work correctly for all other apps and the software is up to date, even deleted and reloaded the Amcrest app. Anyone getting sound on an iPhone under the current software?
