No Tilt Function

After multiple resets this camera (HD 720P pan/tilt wifi) it will only pan. When I send a tilt signal via the software I hear it motoring but no tilt up or down occurs. Is this simply a defective camera? Any suggestions?

Hello rlstone ,

Please try hard resetting the camera. For this, you need to press and hold the indicator light on the back of the camera for 10 - 15 seconds. The light will turn red and the camera will do its initial pan/tilt after this. You need to set up the camera once again after this as it will reset all the settings

Having the same problem - I moved the camera and after connecting it again - everything works except it only tilts about 10% of what it did previously - it pans all the way around - just no tilt - other than a very small amount - I reset it once - it got itself a new IP and the password went back to admin - I configured it again - same thing - any ideas?

If a reset has not fixed the issue, it could be a hardware defect. So I would suggest for warranty replacement.
