No sound/vibrate in iOS push notifications

I recently bought the Amcrest 1080p Wifi camera (IP2M-841B) and setup motion detection using Amcrest View Pro iOS app. I am getting notifications on motion and they appear on the screen and listed in the Notifications view on my devices but I do not get any sound or vibration. I checked that Sounds are enabled for the app and i do not have trouble for any other app (like Facebook Messenger, etc.), it's only the Amcrest View Pro notifications that don't generate any sound/vibration. Is there a setting i am missing somewhere?

I'm experiencing the same thing. What's the point of it all if I'm not made aware of the alert? My phone would be dead silent in my pocket while someone is in my house robbing me blind...

Amcrest, it would be great if you could make this small change, so that we get notifications with sound alarm/vibration. Users who don't want this feature can always disable "Sounds" for the app under their "Notifications" settings in iOS.
