My IP 721 s camera is constantly switched into night vision no matter what Time of day and even with night vision turned off it will sporadically flip back to color without warning then instantly switch back to bw the only way I can force it to go into color is to pan all the way down and hold it past its range of motion. But as soon as I move it back to the center it flips back. The only thing that is different from my other cameras is this one is upside down on the ceiling so I can have a 360 of the area. Are there any known issue's with this position and functioning abnormally, also the firmware keeps reporting there is an update but it never installs is there a way to do this manually. thanks
