New User HELP! - Cameras Not Coming Online

Hey All,

I'm a new user to Amcrest. I have setup my NVR, NV4108E-A2. The system recognizes my two cameras that are currently installed, Axis M3027-PVE and Axis P3245-LVE. I have created a new user for each camera with Admin privileges, setup the cameras as Axis in the system and verified the user name and password, still they do not come online. Should I just put them as ONVIF instead of Axis? Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but any help would be appreciated.

Update - I was able to get a Hanwha camera online. It seems to be an issue with Axis. Any ideas/help?

Axis is Complex and you might want to make sure that you are using one that has the ability to connect to 3rd party NVR systems. Not all of them are. if it is ONVIF, you will then want to make sure that you have it setup to work with 3rd party system.. There should be DOCs that have that info..
