Just began to install new Amcrest NDVR using 3 of the 8 POE cameras supported. The firmware/software assigned my new NDVR w/ 1TB drive some IP addresses. Those IP addresses were in the range of 10.1.1.123 for each of the 3 cameras and apparently to the switch. *I had the cameras on a small POE switch by itself and had the 3 cameras viewable from AmcrestCloud. My old IP addresses were in the same range as my small POE switch and home network router. The AmcrestCloud was working - now with random IP addresses selected by the NDVR and assigned, the only way to see the camera images is to be at home and go directly into IE11 and put the IP address that phone tech support assigned to the NDVR (192.168.0.5).
Given the above new NDVR setup with my 3 previously running Amcrest cameras has hosed my AmcrestCloud viewing of my camera feeds - what should I do to be able to view my cameras remotely?
