Need help with Remote Access

Hello all,

I just recent purchased a NVR (AMNV20M8) model and I am having such an issue getting this thing to playback remotely. The P2P SETUP remote playback does not work at all but I can see live stream without an issue. If I'm on the LAN, everything works fine. Obviously I'm very new to this and I'm hoping I did not make a mistake on getting this over an Arlo device which seems more user friendly than Amcrest. Please help!
