Just out of the box & 720p video is very grainy. Is anyone having the same issues? How can this be corrected? Thanks for any help

What are the Camera/Video settings set to? Are you using Amcrest Cloud?

The settings are the default settings. Not using the cloud just straight from dvr to tv.

Hello S&JGram,

Do you happen to have this issue with all the cameras? Check the connection on the back of the cameras as well as on the back of the DVR. They should fit in properly without any loose contact.
