My Camera Doesn't Even Turn On - Amcrest IP2M-841

Hello, I just received the Amcrest IP2M-841 and when I plug it in, it doesn't turn on. It doesn't respond in any way, the only thing is I can hear its speaker make some kind of noise like it is turning on, but the light does not turn on (in any color) and the camera does not spin like it normally does.

I already have another one of this same camera and it works perfectly. I tried using the other power cord and it doesn't work at all.

Have you had this issue? Do I have to return for refund?

Have you called support? They may be able to help troubleshoot the issue and help if the device is defective.
