I have four IP4M-1041 cameras. Three of them have started to reboot at the same exact time, multiple times a day. Ive owned the cameras for 1-2 years with absolutely no issues.
Ive replaced two of the cameras and the new ones exhibit the same behavior and tested a new PoE splitter on one of the cameras. Each camera is being powered by a PoE splitter which is connected to a Ubiquiti Pro 24 HD PoE++ switch. No other PoE equipment on my network is having any issues like this.
The network is solid and there is nothing that I can tell from that end that could be causing the reboots. Ive tried looking at the camera logs and there is really no good info there to help make a determination as to what is causing this.
Im using these cameras with BlueIris, they are not recording locally. Ive turned off P2P in the camera settings.
Any suggestions to help? Its getting to a point where Im going to have to move on from Amcrest if I cant get this problem solved.
