Multicast Configuration Issue

I have two IP4M-1025E running firmware "2.400.0001.15.R, Build Date: 2017-03-28" and I am unable to change the multicast address from 224.1.1.4 to 224.1.1.X. I have tried from the web GUI and from the desktop software, both give a generic error of "failed" when attempting to save the change. Any idea why the multicast address cannot be changed?

I am having the same problem on a different camera...

My 956E will refuse to save any setting change on the multicast screen. All my other cameras save fine.
