Motion Recordings Are At Double-Speed

I'm using a IP3M-943 and recording motion to an FTP server. All of the sudden today all motion records are at double-speed. Has anyone else seen this before? What was the fix?

I've updated firmware to the latest, performed a factory reset, but this is still occurring. Any help from Amcrest? No one else has had this problem? Otherwise I think its time to send this thing back for a refund.
