motion detection but nothing there

i have a motion camera set up. it just detected a racoon and did great. now the racoon is goon and it just keeps recording and recording.. absolutely annoying. please help. i even put the sensitivity down to 0

Hello skymax04,

So you are getting a lot of false recordings? Try increasing the threshold to 5-10 and also keep the sensitivity low. Also set the detection area properly to exclude leaves on the outside moving etc.

thank you melvin....one on my cameras keeps going offline on surveillance pro but i can view it on the cloud? any ideas?

Not sure about that. It could be because camera has a dynamic IP. Try logging into the camera interface with the ip address from PC, and under set up > Network > TCP IP , please set the camera Ip to static instead of DHCP
