MELVIN PLEASE HELP GET MY CAMERA ONLINE

its over a week now and 1 of my cameras are still offline on amcrest app but works on the cloud. im 2 hours away from my cameras and cant reboot.

Please try deleting that camera from Amcrest view Pro app and add it again. Please note down the serial number before deleting the cam. Also ensure that you have the correct username and password for the camera entered in there.

Melvin i tried this many times and it does not work. I need this camera back on. Ive come to the conclusion that my cameras are defective.
