Looking for 2.420.AC00.16.R firmware

I purchased an Amcrest IP2M-841W camera, and it came installed with software version 2.420.AC00.16.R, build : 2016-09-09. That camera works really well.

Because it was so good, I purchased another. I hooked that one up and it performed poorly. It was laggy, to the point where when I was viewing it, the seconds counter ticked only every 2-3 seconds. That one was a factory rehab, so I figured that maybe it just had some issue.

I returned it and purchased another, hooked it up, and it is also laggy. For example, when I am in the setup screen, I click on menu tabs and it takes 20-30 seconds for it to respond.

With the two laggy cameras, the software version is 2.420.AC00.15.R, build : 2016-09-09. So I figure, maybe the 16 version is better than the 15 version - however, I don't see the option to upgrade to the 16 version on the firmware section of this site.

Is there a way to get my 2nd laggy camera running the same software as my first, good camera?

As a follow up here, I downgraded my firmware to 2.420.AC00.11.R, build : 2016-01-06, which I found on the amcrest.ca website, and the performance is just fine. I think the 2.420.AC00.15.R firmware is just bad - although the 11 firmware isn't as full-featured (the email notifications are not that great, they seem to send multiple emails instead of one with multiple photos).

I just wanted to bump this to the top, since it should be a relatively easy question for a support person to answer.

When will the v16 firmware be posted on the support site - the version that is shipping with new cameras? The v15 version is bad enough that the camera is unusable - it makes the camera freeze, drop connection, etc.

bump... posted about the 2way voice issues and the push notifications not working. It has the R15 firmware (wifi). I opened the second cam today and sure it enough to it all works. that second cam has the R16 firmware which is not release or public yet.. when will it be available.
One other difference is that the second cam is connects over Ethernet.

Another bump - can someone from Amcrest either explain why the V2.420.AC00.16.R firmware is shipping with new cameras but is not available for download, or just post the firmware on the site? It's not like I'm asking you to write new code - just make code available which is already written.
