Logins every few minutes?

I was just messing around looking at the menus on my AMDV10804 tonight and I went over and looked at the log and there are constant "User logged in<admin>" and then "User logged out<admin>" throughout the day. It stays logged in from 20 seconds to a minute and then logs out -- the details say it's from IP address 127.0.0.1 which should be the localhost. Is this normal? It doesn't happen all the time, the times actually seem to mirror when my phone is not charging (around 7:30am until around midnight) with a few extra times here and there in the middle of the night. If the Amcrest app is idle in the background on my phone (i.e. I don't force stop it) does it log in for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so showing it's IP as localhost?

For example, after it's weekly reboot, the logins started at 7:38 that morning
