how can i use my own ios app called LiveCams Pro witht he Amcrest IP2M-841 ip camera?
what settings can i use so this ios app can detect the cams?

I found the answer! I tried a few things and found I had to also change the RTSP Port to be the same as my HTTP and choose HTTP as the type. I may have been able to do this with TCP or UDP if I had remembered the port number. I did not test that.

By switching RTSP to http mode and to the same port # as HTTP, I was finally able to connect to a remote Amcrest webcam using Livecam Pro.
