Lens does not move

Hey Folks,
Am new to this site and have installed my first vid cam an IP2M-841B. The basic install is good and I a view . However, when I access PTZ and choose to move the lens, nothing happens. It's appears to be a "live still" view. Is there a setting that I've overlooked?

My PTZ worked right out of the box with whatever defaults there must be. I didn't have to configure anything or select anything. I just simply clicked on the PTZ interface (dial?) to move the lens left, right, up, down and pivot, etc.
