IPM-hx1b wont factory reset

Hi all,
I got a used ipm-hx1b camera from a friend and for the life of me I cannot reset it. I've tried the 10 second reset, nothing. I tried holding it 60 seconds and I get a flashing orange light for about a minute and still nothing. I am trying to add this camera to my network to no avail. I've tried wifi connection, plugged directly to the router and still nothing.

Any suggestions?
