My IPM-HX1 does not work properly. The setup will not accept my email address for sending alerts (test fails). It will also not accept my ftp address for storage (server connection failure). In addition, it can NOT be viewed via cell phone using my no-ip DNS, only on my home WiFi. I have two other Amcrest ip cameras - IP3M-954 and IP2M-841. They are set up the same way and they work fine. All 3 cameras are connected to a router via Ethernet cable.
