IPM 743ES will not start after router crash

Had a A IPM-743ES PoE cam running good until my router crashed. Recovered, Reconnected and no live stream. Tech support would say reset, reset, reset. They did send me pics of how to do that. I have tried resetting camera a dozen times, one paper-clip, two paper-clips, copper wire, have big magnifying light and know I have the paper-clip on the two brass reset buttons. But I have never heard it "click" to reset the camera. And the green light never comes on. On setup I can get through the QR scan, no green light then either, but then it will not connect to my ethernet-PoE switch. The tech support continuously want to "eyes-on." I say I should ship it to them and let them do a repair or trash it. They sure don't want you to send them one for repair. Has anyone ever sent an Amcrest for repair?
