Hello - I've been trying to obtain a firmware upgrade for the IPM-721 ES PoE version of the cameras. We did an install at a location a while ago. They recently upgraded to the newest version of ZoneMinder and for some reason all the cameras with firmware 2.420.0000.0.R, build : 2016-01-22 no longer work on ZoneMinder but cameras with version 2.420.AC00.12.R, build : 2016-04-13 will work. I noticed ONVIF was changed from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2. I also attempted to try utilizing firmware from the IPM-721 and IPM-721E but I keep getting an error that says "File Mismatch. Upgrade failed!".
Any help would be appreciated. Also I am attempting to upgrade the firmware over a VPN connection.

I was hoping you were able to find firmware version 2.420.AC00.12.R, build : 2016-04-13. If so can you please let me know how to get it or can you PM me please.
