IPM-721: Access recordings on SD card without ASP?

Is there any way to download recordings from the microSD card in an IPM-721 camera, other than using Amcrest Surveillance Pro? On my new computer all the text (menus, camera names, etc.) is so small it's unreadable. I'd like to try other software but haven't found one that claims to access the recordings.

From the cameras web interface on Internet Explorer, you should be able to download playbacks.

Thanks Melvin, I don't have IE on this new computer (it's Edge). I'm downloading using ASP though it crashes if I run it too long. Was hoping there was another program like ASP (but more flexible, maybe paid software) that would do everything ASP does and download from SD card.

Also on the new computer all the type is tiny (so small I can't read) and I have to zoom the whole monitor to 200% which makes everything else too big too. Is there a fix for that?

It appears to be a bug with the program. If the computer resolution is very high the software tend to show up very small. One workaround id to lower the computer screen resolution to something like 1080P.

IE 11 comes with Windows 10. You should be able to locate it by typing internet explorer in the Windows search field. Go to Amcrest View Pro by putting the camera IP address in IE.
