Iphone Cloud App cannot turn on notification

The problem persists on two different I phones:

I cannot turn on notification using the Iphone App. I can turn off the notifications, but cannot turn them back on.
Accessing the cloud from a laptop, there are no issues with turning on/off notifications.
I already tried installing and reinstalling the apps. I also tried uninstalling the camera and reinstalling them on the cloud. The issue still persists.
