IPH-HX1 Speaker Volume Too Low

IPH-HX1 Speaker Volume Too Low

I have a new IPH-HX1 installed. The speaker volume is set to 100, but I can barely hear any speaking through it even when I am right next to it. I don't see any firmware update for it. I use the same tablet to view/communicate with several other devices (IP3M-941) and the speaker volume works fine so it would appear to be something specific to the IPH-HX1.
