Re: IP8M-T2499E Hangs Randomly
Hello and Welcome to the forum
So it is hard to say, What I would say if this was my system and I was having an issue that was random once every so often I would double check that I have my Camera Auto Maintain setup to Reboot once a week. Seeing that your problem is solved after a reboot sounds like they are not setup to reboot and as everything that is working on a Program over time it is nice to give it a clean start..
Having a system like that, Depending on what your Monitoring, recording I would also make sure that each of my Cameras are not all in a Reboot at the same time of day and in the same area of coverage.. 50 cameras, I would setup a chart of cameras that have little or no traffic at a set time and that camera would be setup for reboot at that hour of the week, then on High traffic areas I would setup to reboot on times that the system is being monitored in case the camera hangs someone can do a Hard Reboot.. A Reboot normally don't take much longer then a minute or two, again taking care to not reboot them all at the same time.. Maybe same period of time reboot 10 cameras a day over a period of 1 or 2 hours again so it is not easy to know what cameras are offline any given time..

Sounds very similar to https://amcrest.com/forum/ip-cameras-f1 ... tml#p36046 except my problem camera hangs more frequently, and apparently at a predictable interval.
