IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI web browser config live image

I have the IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI camer and some IP5M-T1179EW cameras. In the browser, I can see the live image for the IP5M-T1179EW browsers without problem. But the dual IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI camera has a different browser admin UI, and anywhere it's supposed to show a live image, it's just blank. I tried using Edge, Chrome and Brave, and none show it, but work fine with the other cameras.

The issue I have with the IP8M-DLB2998EW-AI is if I schedule only motion recording in the NVR (NV4108E-A2), all cams record just motion but the dual cam doesn't record anything. In the camera's "Alarm" section in the web UI, I enabled motion detection and set the sensitivity to 95 and threshold to 5. I wanted to check the region mask but it won't display, nor does it display the camera image anywhere it's supposed to in the browser UI. All other cameras have these displays of the live image properly in the browser UI.

Any ideas why I can't see the live image for this one camera in the browser?

Any ideas why this one camera won't record motion (there definitely is motion)?

I would setup to use Edge in IE mode. Setup with plug-ins and it should work to gain WebUI access
