IP8M-2597E auto reverting settings

I have a IP8M-2597EB installed at a remote location, and on a weekly basis the camera reverts to default settings.

We have the camera set to a static IP, with overlays disabled. But 4 weeks in a row now, the camera has reverted to DHCP with overlays enabled, however, we know it is not a factory reset because the password on the camera is still the new one assigned at initial setup. The auto maintain, firmware checks, and any other scheduled options I can find are disabled.

Is this a known issue?

Not sure I have heard of any issues! What Firmware are you using? Maybe it is an issue with the Firmware installed? Have you tried to Reset back to Factory or install a Update to the FW if even only the same one that was already installed?
