IP8M-2597 recording full time, dusk to dawn

IP8M-2597 - from dusk till dawn, it is recording to my NVR full time, suspect this is motion detection, any other users with similar issues and suggestions to correct? Playing with the sensitivity and threshold but something tells me that isn't it as my 6 other cameras don't have this issue at default threshold.

My only guess would be that you live in an area with High traffic and or loads of Shadows that are moving with trees or the sun...

Another option is that your day time was set in the Schedule for full time recording at day time I would check the Schedule for recording options and make sure it is only set for Motion if that is what you want it set at...

Appreciate the suggestions, but it does appear the tweaking the sensitivity and threshold did help, not getting as many motion hits and not filling up the hard drive as much.

In the camera Web UI where you can set the threshold and sensitivity, you should be able to see where in the image motion is detected, and a moving graph showing when sensitivity exceeds the threshold.
