IP8M-2496EW-V2 not Recording

Hello and I am wondering if anyone has an issue with their 2496v2 not recording to NVR or even cameras Micro SD?

Anyway at first I thought it might have been an issue with what I had setup. Seeing I had my 2496v2 going to my 4116E-HS to start with. I thought maybe it wasn't recording because I had setup for IVS Tripwire. (See Below) I do get Event Emails for the cameras IVS on event.. Anyway I normally don't look at footage until needed. On one of the Tripwire alert emails I thought ok better take a look so I went to look at the footage on the Camera and nothing there, So I thought ok lets look at the NVR (Forgetting I have it setup for IVS) no motion enabled so there was nothing in the 4116E-HS so I thought ok lets move it over to the 4216E-AI NVR.. So had an event and nothing recorded on my AI NVR either however I get Tripwire email as I have been.

So then thought ok, Rather then running Curl to get images from camera every 30 seconds lets setup like I have my 1046EW-AI camera with images every 30 seconds saving to my 4tb HDD on my 4216e-AI. So I setup NVR for the camera to get an image every 30 seconds and nothing happens. No images. So I reboot the camera, Reboot the NVR even though it had already done the Everyday reboot at midnight 20 min before.

Well it has been 4 hours now and still no images. Anyone having issue with the 2496EW-V2 recording?
