IP8M-2496E - Need Older Firmware

Hi All,

I have a IP8M-2496E and need firmware for it. The currently installed firmware is -

Software Version V2.622.00AC000.0.R, Build Date: 2019-10-24
WEB Version V3.2.1.677800
ONVIF Version 16.12(V2.4.3.651299)

I tried downloading the latest but upon selecting the bin and update, it says it's the wrong format.

I assume there is previous versions I need to install prior to the latest so it understands the format. Does anyone have an upgrade path I can use?

Might want to be sure what 2496E you are using. If it is the Normal one then it would not let you install the one for the V2..

I purchased it in 2020. Model on the camera is listed as IP8M-2496EW-28MM.

That's all I know?

Do here is link to firmware page, https://amcrest.com/firmware now looking on my page it's after v2 on the page and between the 2 in the picture below.
