IP8M-2493EB-AI-V3 - new cameras set up, to replace previous DLink
Also have QNAP NAS running QVR Surveillance software.
If i set the IP8M to continuous record, then it records everything via QVR - all good, but chews disk space
If i set the camera to motion detect only, then nothing is getting recorded.
Alarms seems inconsistent too. Not been recording alarms on camera web page, then suddenly started when i re-saved, and then again stopped.
Video and Smart Motion detection is enabled, a detection region has been created
If i set storage to the QNAP NAS for motion, then the camera is recording directly to the NAS storage when there is motion.
I can't tell whether the camera is sending the event triggers or not, but it doesn't seem to be. Not sure what to check / try.
Thoughts anyone?
