IP5M-T1179EW-AI-V3 password issues

Hello I recently purchased these Amcrest 5MP cameras from Amazon, I've downloaded the IP config software to find the address but noticed that these cameras already has passwords on them. How do I reset the password, I've power cycled and pressed the reset switch for over 45 seconds, but there is still a 5 digit password. I am able to log into these cameras since the credentials was auto filled. I opened a second 5MP camera and it is the same behavior, I can log in with no hassle since it has been auto filled, but I cannot reset or change the password at all.

Never heard of camera auto filling a preset password from a different location/user installed setup. However if logged in go to setup, system, then system default and reset back to factory default.
If that don't work Monday would make a ticket or could now but don't expect reply before Monday.

I just figured it out, user name is admin and password is admin. Through deduction I noticed it was 5 characters so I tried admin, was there documentation or quick start guide that tells me this? Once I put that credentials in then it prompted me to change my password. But happy that it works now.
