IP4M-1051B under device no online devices listed??
In Amcrest surveillance pro there are no devices listed under online devices? I do see my camera under all devices. I have problems connecting to the camera. Is this the reason ?
Re: IP4M-1051B under device no online devices listed??
I am not sure what the issue is .. THe Camera from what I see in your listing says it is Online under Status...
So there are a few things that can happen and I am going to guess maybe something that happen..
1 Camera is connected to a IP address not in your Range (Change IP to be in your Range of IP's)
2 Camera was connected but either a bad Gateway address was used (Now camera can't be Reached without a RESET)
3 Camera was setup with IP filtering and your IP was not added to the list of trusted IP (Wouldn't be the case unless you seen a Message that you are Black Listed)
Sadly your All Devices says that the Status of the item listed is Online... So other then what I have above I am not sure maybe do a System Reset at the camera...
IF your camera isn't setup for DHCP then you would need to change the IP into your Range,
Say your IP for your computer is 192.168.1.102 and your camera loads up with 192.168.0.108 by default then you would need to setup your camera to be in the 192.168.1.xxx range.. IP config and ASP will show that it is online but if you can't reach the IP for the lack of being in your Network Range then you will have no access to it.
