Checking the obvious first, you did peel the protective plastic shipping film off the dome, right?
Also, are there any obstructions or reflective surfaces nearby the cameras that would cause the IR LED light to reflect back into the camera lens? Or is there any moisture or condensation on the outside, or even inside of the dome?
