IP4M-1025E Firmware

Post by CamMan »

The latest firmware, dated 09/06/16 for the IP4M-1025E camera will not successfully install on the camera. I've updated my IP3M-954E successfully. I've noted the firmware identification (name) is the same listed for both cameras. Is this an error on your site? Did the IP3M Firmware get placed on the IP4M download site/link in error? I've tried to upgrade the software repeatedly on the IP4M camera, but it will not install. The IP3M upgrade installed on the first try to the IP3M camera. Any helpful information about the software upgrade?
