IP3M-956B PTZ not functioning

IP3M-956B PTZ not functioning

I can accsess camera but it does nothing when I plug in power cord. PTZ tab dosent even show up in view pro.

any suggestions?

It is a 956EB and it dosent look to me like it has the servos to move. Perhaps it is not a PTZ camera?
Do I need a POE injector or switch?
