IP3M-954EW randomly disconnects

IP3M-954EW randomly disconnects

I have a IP3M-954EW that will randomly disconnect and not reconnect until after I disconnect the ethernet for a while. Some times it reconnects other times it doesnt. Random. Are there any diagnostics I can run to trouble shoot? Or any suggested trouble shooting instructions
