IP3M-954e e-mail and storage issues

I changed a few dither, etc. settings and now my email alert and ftp destination no longer work. I don't believe that I changed anything related to them. The camera viewer works fine. Email test fails. The FTP test shows "FTP server test failure, list right loss. My other 2 Amcrest cameras (that I didn't mess with) are fine. I also reloaded a few older config files. Some wouldn't load, others still had the same issue. I'm lost.

Now all 3 of my Amcrest cameras fail the email test and the ftp destination test. All three are wired, not on WiFi. I rebooted the cameras and the router. I can view from all three with no problem, but no alerts. Any ideas?
