My IP3M-954 POE bit rate and frame rate camera settings change by themselves. I am not using Amcrest Cloud - which is known to cause issues with settings. Every so often when I use the Amcrest viewer I notice that the live picture is very fuzzy. If I click on HD it shows a frame rate of 10 and a bit rate of 1280. In setup I had picked 30 and 8192. Help, please. I have two other Amcrest cameras, and this doesn't happen with them.

Do you use any other software with this camera which could be affecting this?
Also try resetting the video settings to defaults under setup > Camera > Video to see if that helps.

I do use other software occasionally when the Amcrest View app doesn't connect to my camera. I have 3 Amcrest Cameras - IP3M-954, IP2M-841, and IPM-HX1. Only the IP3M-954 settings change by themselves. It goes to frame rate 10 and a low bit rate vs. my settings of 30 and 6144. It's very annoying.
