IP3M-943 Setup Problem

IP3M-943 Setup Problem

I have an IP3M-943 camera. Initially I was able to get it online via WiFi (using the iOS app, I don't remember if I used WiFi or Ethernet WiFi setup). I couldn't connect via web browser to change settings so I recently did a hard reset by removing the access cover and pressing the reset button for 30 seconds. Now I can't connect to it at all. I've tried both WiFi and Ethernet WiFi setup repeatedly without success. Router has been power cycled, tried different Ethernet cables. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you see it using the IP Config tool?

Back at the remote location, power cycle everything, hard reset camera, this time I was able to connect via ethernet wifi setup AND can connect via web browser. I swear I went through the same steps before, feeling a bit dumb...
