IP3M-941B (Black) freezes constantly -Amcrest help!

IP3M-941B (Black) we have 2 of these cameras. and they freeze the video over

iPad
ipad mini
samsung galaxy note
google pixel 2

both android and mac platforms the cameras video freezes when we are inside of our home on our wifi.

I am using multiple apple routers to extend the range in the home.

the issue is that we use these as baby monitors and the freeze is not something we can live with. otherwise the cameras are great.

the freeze requires a reboot of the application regardless of platform to get a feed again.

On the live view screen , select the option HD and switch to SD if its on HD and see how it works.
