Anyone had an experience with this camera?

Looking to place it flat against a wall and want to be able to view 5 degrees above the horizon down to maybe 75 degrees down, and pan from left to right. Will the image be tilted / distorted?
Does this camera require a chrome plugin, or since the firmware is in 2020 it should not need it?
What does the E and W mean? Ethernet and Weatherproof?
