I purchased 20 IP2M-852W cameras and 17 of them have died within the last 3 months.
Doing a hard reset on them will still not allow them to connect to the internet(Wired or Hardwired). I'm assuming I received a batch with faulty firmware but my issue is I can not connect to them now to update them.
IP2M-852W Issues
Re: IP2M-852W Issues
Some starting points: How are you trying to connect to them? Are there error messages? Are you using the Amcrest IP Config tool? Are their IP addresses showing up on your network? Are the power supplies still working?

Activity Light stays red.
It will never connect to a network hardwired or Wireless therefore it will not show up in the IP Tool. Resetting it does not resolve the issue but my 40 PTZ cameras are working fine.

Sounds like an issue for a support ticket. My thoughts are, hard reset, which you've done, network issues (5G instead of 2.4G, bad cable, etc.), but you had them working before, so unless something has changed with your network, that should be good. I'm far from an expert on this stuff, but that's all I can think of.

I just chat with dean.rogers (amcrest agent) and show him the problem, now he refuse talking to me. It looks like they know this issue but refuse to help us.
