IP2M-842EB - FTP Schedule

I'm looking for assistance in setting up FTP photo snapshots every 1 minute. I was able to get the camera to upload images, but it only does so on the schedule after there was some motion. Instructions or screenshots would be appreciated.

Hello mleebert,

If you want to upload images regularly on a specific interval, please use the below set up.

1) Under set up > Storage > Schedule > Snapshot schedule make sure general recording is enabled for whole week.
2) Under set up > Storage > Destination, make sure FTP is selected as the destination for snapshots.
3) Under set up camera > Video > Snapshot, set the interval for general snapshot uploading and save it. (Select the snapshot type as general)

Those settings are what we had. There are a few things we're having trouble with. Folders are made but images are not uploaded. Some minutes and hours are missing. See attached image.
