IP2M-842b Image Flicker - Need a resolution asap please

Does anyone know how to fix my flickering image? Each time I set a new setting in the Camera/Configuration, the image seems OK for just a few seconds, then it starts to do this (see attached image). It flickers like this constantly, and it's driving me nuts, because whatever new settings I set don't adhere after hitting 'save'.

I've just upgraded to the latest firmware for the IP2M-842, which doesn't seem to have solved the issue. I did notice that there is another firmware upgrade for the IP2M-842E. Can I use this on my 842B and will this resolve the issue? There is no specific firmware upgrade for the 842B.
