IP2M-842 Won't Record Motion Events

I have an IP2M-842.
For a long time it recorded motion events to Amcrest Cloud.
Then suddenly stopped.
I've updated firmware.
Reset/reconfigured all motion zones.
Checked schedules.
Still nothing.
Help.

Maybe you have a little more time and mechanic skills than me and try a hard factory reset?
