IP2M-842

Seriously, how are you supposed to configure these. I have 3 and you cannot configure these with IE or Chrome with the IE plug in. I try installing the add-in but it doesn't work. How do you expect us to configure the EVENTS, etc. if there is no image? I have 3 that I fortunately bought off Amazon that are going back soon. Thanks

Hello t84a,

It does work in IE. Can you please try resetting IE from internet options and see if that helps?

Hello t84a,

Does it work if you click on the substream?

Just make sure you are running Internet Explorer and not Microsoft Edge. It should prompt you to run the plugin and once it does you should be good to go.

I had minor problems every few days because my camera kept getting a different IP. I've now set the camera to a static address and configured my router to reserve/allocate that IP for the device.

As far as IE working is concerned, it's perfect on my system. I've got IE in my startup folder and the camera IP is set as the home page. I use FF for everything else and it runs alongside IE without any problem.

IPs aren't an issue. What version of IE are you running? I think mine is 11.

For those of you who have it working, please confirm you are accessing the OUTDOOR camera.
