IP2M-842 offline & changing IP address

I recently installed the IP2M-842 outdoor WIFI camera. The camera is working fine for a day or so, than the IP address changes automatically and it appears as Offline and I basically have to reconnect it with the Cloud Service and the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software. Any advice why the camera is changing IP address? I assume if I get that IP issue under control it won't appear as offline every other day. Thanks

Did you give it a static IP address or use DHCP? DHCP will renew periodically and could change the address, static will keep the address you assign.
